📦 Where do your products ship from?
We work with carefully selected local and international suppliers to bring you a unique range of baby and children's products that may not be available in traditional retail stores.
If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on the supplier and product location.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. As a guide:
- Australian orders: 7–20 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will send tracking updates where available.
🎁 Will my product look exactly like the photo?
We aim to show all products as accurately as possible, but due to different lighting, screen settings, and supplier variations, the actual product may differ slightly in colour, shape or packaging. That said, we only work with reliable partners and test many items ourselves before listing them.
💕 Why don’t all my items arrive together?
Because some of our items come from different suppliers or warehouses, you may receive your order in multiple parcels. But don’t worry — you’ll only pay one flat shipping rate (or get free shipping when eligible!), and everything will still arrive safely.
🐣 Do you offer personalised products?
Yes! Many of our items — like plush bunnies and baby gifts — can be personalised with a name or message. Personalisation options will be shown on the relevant product pages.
🔁 What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page for full details.
