Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the custom nature of personalised items (such as embroidered names or custom designs), we are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
   
• Incorrect product selection
   
• Mistakes in the name or details provided by the customer
   

If your personalised product arrives damaged or contains an error made by us, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused
   
• In its original condition
   
• In original packaging
   

💡 Please Note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
   
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense (unless the item is faulty)
   

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days. We may ask for photos or details to help us assess the issue. If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll offer a full refund or free replacement.

This is in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
