Due to the custom nature of personalised items (such as embroidered names or custom designs), we are unable to offer returns or refunds for:
If your personalised product arrives damaged or contains an error made by us, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
